Mystics
are like hollow bamboos through which divinity flows
Many mystics have simply floated away through life
after their ultimate experience. They convey themselves
through their whole being. Everything of them is involved
in it, their mind and their body too. Gurumaa is one such
mystic who conveys herself through her whole being. Her
egolessness or selflessness is reflected throughout her
discourses and precisely when she says that her being
is like a hollow bamboo, like a flute being played by
divine's lips.
Be full of life by being total in action
According to her, art of living is to celebrate
every moment to its fullest, being total in every action,
living with flowers out of transparent vision and readiness
to take up challenges of life. A true religion according
to her is not about carrying ritualistic ceremonies but
it is about spirit of seeking truth, it is about deep
urge to know the mysteries of inner journey, the journey,
which finally reaches its source, the divine itself.
Experience life inspite
of mind
Her teachings offers a chance to have a face to face contact
with life, a life insipte of mind, a life inspite of knowledge
because according to her life is not known through knowledge
it can only be experienced. There
is a dimension to life which is free of all conflicts
Her teachings are not compilations of biographies or works
of various spiritual personalities. No doctrines are laid
down either rather they are spontaneous phenomenon where
life is perceived in its totality. Her teachings are discovery
of life, learning the art of living life in totally different
dimension. A dimension, free of all conflicts, of all
doubts.
Truth is like sky-unmovable and forever
According to Gurumaa truth is supreme and is not accountable
to the various interpretations in which people usually
indulge in on the pretext of reacting to that truth, in
actuality. Therefore 'Satya Sanatan'-
Truth is singular and cannot be dissected into smaller
compartments. It is a sky in universe-Incomprehensible.
Remove the layer of dust
from your heart and see the real you
She profoundly says that each and every one is welcomed
to the road that connects you to divine; one just has
to take a small step towards it. The rest will follow.
She further says that divinity is our very own nature,
just as layer of dust over the mirror interrupts reflection
of anything, similarly the dust of ignorance in the form
of doubts, despair, fear, prejudices blinds us from our
own divinity. The true art of living can only branch from
experiencing our inner peace, our inner stability.
Spiritual world is not
separate from material world
According to her, spiritual world and material world are
not two separate worlds; they are two sides of same coin
of creation. Escaping from regular hustle bustle of life
is not the solution to life. The very complexity of life
has to be made in platform for taking a leap in spiritual
world.
Detoxify yourself from all conditionings and begin the
journey to the ultimate
Through her frank and sincere vision, key insights
are given and doors of our mind open up to understand,
thus transcending the everyday mind. The sutras
or keys revealed during the discourses are true to life
and have a practical applications and adaptability.
A small light of pure wisdom is enough to cast away the
ancient darkness of ignorance, the ignorance, which grips
us in the form of fear doubt, despair, lust and greed.
Her vision is about bathing one's whole being in divine.
She does not give us any fixed patterns or rules as all
religions do, rather she detoxifies one's being from all
patterns, conditionings and makes one unconditional, non
ego oriented from where the true journey of knowing oneself
begins. Catch the pauses
after every word-they are the doors to absolute silence
of mind
Speech is silver and silence is golden. Once the
seeker realizes the priceless ness of silence that follows
every word and learns to catch the pauses in-between every
word and becomes more alert, he will discover that in
these gaps truth knocks at his door. This discovery will
lead us to realize that phenomenon called life is to be
celebrated at its each step and not to be confined to
one's narrow-minded drawn inferences. One does not remain
the same person perishing under the vices and virtues
of the past experiences. Instead one starts celebrating
thus leading to the zenith of the celebration completely
liberated, having shunned dogmas, left rituals and shining
with divine exuberance. Reaching totality of evolution,
flying over the highest peak of divine growth. This very
journey according to her begins from right at the place
we are, discovering the extraordinariness of life by doing
the simplest of task. The divinity is very much hidden
in the most ordinary being doing the most ordinary task;
one just has to discover the vision. Be
a prayer unto yourself
Through her teachings one learns the art of resting in
one’s own self, a fresh insight towards life is
shown where our vision becomes more and more transparent
and we learn to celebrate life. Gurumaa's talks and vision
opens the door to enlightenment and brings one out of
complications of mind and the whole life itself becomes
prayer to divine.
